Zotion Dental PMMA Block is for CAD/CAM milling systems in dental laboratories, used for producing temporary crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and diagnostic models.
Material & Physical Properties
Material: High-quality polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)
Density: approx. 1.18–1.20 g/cm³
Flexural strength: ~80–110 MPa (depending on shade type)
Water absorption: low, stable in oral environment
Ash residue after burnout: ≤0.05%, suitable for clean casting workflows
Shrinkage: very low, dimensional stability maintained during milling and polishing
