Dental Zirconia disc ST Multilayer CAD/CAM zirconia block is a multi-colored, ultra-transparent material made of yttria-stabilized tetragonal ZrO₂.
Indications:
Fabrication of anterior anatomical crowns and abutments
Multi-pontic fully anatomical anterior and posterior bridges
Inlay bridges
Translucency ≥44%
Physical data:
CTE 10.5 ± 1.0 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (25-500 °C); density after sintering 6.08 ± 0.01 g/cm³; bending strength (3-point bending test) > 1100 N/mm²; sintering temperature 1450-1580 °C, recommended 1530 °C; translucency 43 %.
Composition in %:
ZrO₂ + HfO₂ + Y₂O₃ > 98; Er₂O₃ < 1.0; Fe₂O₃ < 0.3; Pr₂O₃ < 0.2; other oxides < 0.5.
