Multilayer zirconia disc Missing Tooth Denture Enamel Dental Zirconia Blank has multiple layers that mimic the natural gradient of tooth enamel, ensuring seamless integration with existing teeth for realistic restorations. It is made of high-quality zirconium oxide, which has excellent strength, wear resistance and biocompatibility. It is compatible with CAD/CAM systems for precise milling and molding.
1. Multilayer structure simulates natural tooth color gradient
Color transition: The color of natural teeth gradually becomes lighter from the neck of the tooth (close to the gum) to the incisal tip (bite surface), with natural color levels. The multilayer zirconia blank adopts gradient color technology to gradually transition its color from the bottom (dark color) to the top (light color), imitating the color changes of enamel and dentin of natural teeth.
Transparency gradient: The incisal tip of natural teeth is more transparent than the root part.
