Scope of application:
False Teeth Denture Dental Zirconia Blank is suitable for almost all oral restoration projects, including single tooth restoration, multi-tooth restoration, full mouth restoration, etc.
False Teeth Denture Dental Zirconia Blank mainly uses high-purity zirconium oxide powder as raw material, and forms a Y-TZP system by adding an appropriate amount of stabilizer (such as yttrium), so that the material has excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility after high-temperature sintering.
Raw materials
High-purity zirconium oxide powder:
The material base uses high-purity zirconium oxide to ensure uniform powder particles and very few impurities.
Yttrium stabilizer:
Add an appropriate amount of yttrium to form Y-TZP (yttrium stabilized zirconia), improve the material's bending strength, wear resistance and crack resistance, and ensure that the product is suitable for long-term oral applications.
Auxiliary additives:
According to process requirements, dispersants, organic binders and other additives will also be added to improve the fluidity and molding properties of the powder, providing a good foundation for subsequent sintering.

Manufacturing process
Raw material mixing and proportioning:
High-purity zirconium oxide powder is evenly mixed with yttrium stabilizers and other additives in a strict proportion to ensure that the composition of each batch of raw materials is consistent.
Green Body Formation:
Use isostatic pressing or grouting technology to make the mixed raw materials into a stable blank. This stage is carried out at low temperature to ensure the compactness and uniform distribution of the blank.
Drying and degreasing:
The formed blank is dried and then degreased to completely remove the organic binder to prevent defects during the subsequent sintering process.
Pre-burning:
The dried blank is pre-burned to fully decompose the internal organic matter, create conditions for high-temperature sintering, and reduce uneven shrinkage during sintering.
High-temperature sintering:
Sintering is carried out under controlled temperature (usually 1500℃ to 1600℃) and holding time. During the sintering process, the blank is gradually densified, the grains grow evenly, and finally a full-density, high-strength and excellent aesthetic zirconia blank is formed.
Finishing and quality inspection:
The sintered blank is cut, polished and precision-processed to ensure that the size, hardness, density and color meet the strict requirements of dental restoration. Finally, each product will undergo a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure that it is defect-free, uniform, and meets clinical application standards.
