1. Raw material preparation: The production process begins with the selection of high-purity zirconium oxide powder, mixed with a small amount of other metal oxides (such as yttrium and cerium) to enhance the stability of the material and improve the strength after sintering.

2. Pressing and molding: The prepared zirconium oxide powder is pressed and molded by cold isostatic pressing (CIP) technology. The powder is tightly compacted under high pressure to form a preliminary disc-shaped blank.

3. Sintering process: The formed zirconia blank is sintered at high temperature to make its microstructure more dense and enhance its mechanical strength and wear resistance. The sintering temperature is between 1500°C and 1700°C, and the heating rate and holding time need to be precisely controlled to ensure the uniformity and excellent performance of the material.

4. Cooling and processing: The sintered zirconia disc needs to be slowly cooled to room temperature, which helps to eliminate thermal stress and prevent material cracking.
