Raw materials:
The main component is pre-sintered zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂), which has excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability and biocompatibility. The multi-layer design makes its light transmittance close to that of lithium disilicate, suitable for aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.
Manufacturing process:
CAD design: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to design the three-dimensional model of the restoration based on the patient's oral scan data.
CAM processing: Input the design file into the computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) system, and use CNC milling equipment to accurately cut the shape of the restoration from the zirconium oxide block.
Sintering: The cut restoration is sintered to achieve the required strength and hardness. For example, inCoris ZI material obtains precise size, density, strength and color after sintering.
Surface treatment: According to needs, the sintered restoration is polished, glazed, etc. to improve aesthetics and functionality.
