A high-performance presintered zirconia blank designed for digital dental restorations. Manufactured from high-purity zirconia through dry pressing and cold isostatic pressing, it is fully compatible with mainstream CAD/CAM milling systems. The material enables precise fabrication of single crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, multi-unit bridges, and implant abutments.

Offering a balanced combination of lifelike esthetics, mechanical stability, and efficient machinability, it is an essential material for both dental labs and chairside systems. It effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional metal restorations-such as allergies and poor esthetics-as well as the insufficient strength commonly seen in conventional ceramics.

Made from 99.9% high-purity zirconia powder (e.g., TOSOH), the block is formed through dry pressing followed by cold isostatic pressing to achieve a uniform crystal structure and a density of ≥99.8%. This ensures smooth machining with minimal chipping. Its gradient mechanical design delivers 600–1350 MPa flexural strength (higher at the cervical area and lower at the incisal edge), meeting both anterior esthetic requirements and posterior load-bearing needs, and supporting 3–7-unit bridges.

Available in VITA 16 shades (A1–D4) plus bleaching shades (BL1–BL4), the disc uses 3D multilayer pre-shading to create a natural cervical-to-incisal transition. No post-sintering staining is required, ensuring excellent shade consistency.

With a density ≥6.0 g/cm³ and stable sintering shrinkage (~20%), the material meets ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards. Marginal fit accuracy can reach ≤0.01 mm, ensuring long-term safety with no tissue irritation.
