1. Large-capacity sintering chamber: can hold 3 layers of trays and sinter 80-100 teeth
The internal space of the sintering furnace adopts a three-dimensional layered structure design, which can hold three layers of standard sintering trays at the same time.
Each layer can hold about 30-35 tooth units (such as single crowns or bridges), and the total capacity reaches 80-100 units, greatly improving the efficiency of a single work.
Even when fully loaded, it can ensure temperature uniformity and avoid the problem of inconsistent color or density of upper and lower layers of teeth.
2. The maximum heating rate can reach 100°C/minute, realizing fast and slow burning modes

The fast-firing mode can compress the sintering time of some products to within 30-60 minutes, greatly improving the efficiency of same-day delivery, and is suitable for "immediate restoration" or "Chairside CAD/CAM" processes.
The slow-firing mode is suitable for high-requirement ceramic blocks (such as multi-layer aesthetic ceramics). Through the temperature control curve editing function, users can finely adjust the heating, constant temperature and cooling sections to avoid cracking and discoloration.
3. Use high-purity silicon-molybdenum rod heating elements for faster, more stable and more accurate
The heating element uses high-purity Si-Mo silicon-molybdenum rods, which have excellent oxidation resistance and high-temperature durability.
