*Power failure recovery function:

The built-in memory system of the device can save the precise position and progress of the current processing in the event of a sudden power failure. After a power failure, the device can automatically load the previous working state when it restarts, and continue directly from where the last processing stopped, without resetting or starting the processing from the beginning.

*Processing data preservation and recovery:

During the processing, the device will record the key processing data in real time, including tool path, cutting depth, feed speed, etc. If there is a power failure or other abnormalities, the system will save this data in memory. Once the power supply is restored, the device will quickly restore the original work progress through this data, and no important progress or accuracy will be lost during the processing.

*Work status recording:

The device can record the current working status at the end of each processing cycle, such as the current position of the tool, the completed processing part, etc. When a power failure occurs, the device can identify the "last working status", so that it can automatically correct and continue to the next step after the power is restored.

*Accurate return to the stop point:

In the event of a power failure, the device can identify and calibrate the current tool position through precise position sensors and a built-in memory system to avoid errors or unnecessary repeated processing.

*Automatic Tool Calibration
Function: The machine automatically calibrates the position and alignment of the milling cutter before starting a job. The system compensates for any slight variations to keep the cutter in optimal cutting conditions.
How it works: When the machine starts, it uses sensors to measure the exact length of the cutter and adjusts the machining parameters accordingly. It may also prompt a tool change if the cutter is worn.
*Automatic Zero Point Calibration
Function: The system can automatically recalibrate the zero point of the workpiece during or after each job. This allows the milling machine to accurately start its cutting path from the correct position.
How it works: The machine uses a high-precision sensor or laser system to detect the precise position of the workpiece on the milling platform. If there is any deviation in positioning due to mechanical wear or external factors (such as material movement), it automatically adjusts the reference point.
*Automatic Axis Calibration
Function: Each of the machine's five axes (X, Y, Z and two rotary axes) is automatically calibrated for precise movement.
How it works: The machine uses encoders and position sensors to measure the movement of each axis. If there is any deviation, the system will recalibrate the axis to correct the problem, allowing perfect alignment and precise milling.
