The machine has a spindle speed of 6000 RPM and a 360° rotating A-axis. It is equipped with a tool magazine that can accommodate 8 to 14 tools, which can automatically manage and install tools. The Zotion 5-axis is rated at approximately 650W, which allows for fast milling speeds, with a maximum operating speed of 6000 mm/min in the XYZ axes and 4000 mm/min in the Z axis. High-precision multifunctional fixtures and remote control improve usability, while the machine helps save milling material, allowing 30% more dentures to be produced per zirconia block.
