Zotion wax discs and wax blocks are for mainstream dental CAD/CAM workflows. They fit systems such as Amann Girrbach (AG), Zirkonzahn, and standard open 98 mm platforms, and are also compatible with equipment from Wieland, VHF, Roland, and Imes-Icore.

Sizes & Colors
Available in Ø98 mm, Ø95 mm, and AG 71 mm, suitable for different milling holders.
Offered in 16 color options (blue, white, green, gray, natural, etc.), making it easier to distinguish cases and production stages in the lab.

Machining Performance
The material mills cleanly at both standard and high spindle speeds. It does not stick to tools, and fine details down to 0.3 mm thickness can be achieved with clear margins and smooth contours. Surface finish is stable, reducing the need for manual correction.

Burnout & Clean Casting
Ash content is controlled at around 0.03%, allowing clean burnout without residue. Investment molds remain clean, which helps avoid casting defects and improves final restoration accuracy.

Hardness: 45–55 Shore A

Softening point: 105°C

Melting point: 140°C

Density: 0.89–0.93 g/cm³

These parameters keep the wax stable during milling and handling. It does not deform easily under moderate heat or when layering with additional wax.

Practical Use in Labs
The wax bonds well to die stone, so it stays in place during milling. It can be carved and adjusted easily after machining. Suitable for:
