Dental CADCAM White WAX block
We offer three system options to suit your needs: 98mm, 95mm and Ag71mm. In terms of thickness, the open system and zirconia system offer a range of 10mm to 25mm. The wax block has a hardness of 50-60 Shore A, a softening point of 105°C, and a drop melting point of 140°C. With a density of 0.89-0.95, it has excellent elasticity and a low ash content (0.032%), and a very small shrinkage rate (7%). It is suitable for making positive molds of oral tissues and for carving wax models of crowns and bridges. Compared with the traditional metal-ceramic process, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive and prone to errors, it adheres well to the mold stone, has excellent machinability, and can achieve smooth contours.
