1. Smooth and Precise Machining
With a hardness of 50–60 Shore, the wax disc maintains an ideal balance between rigidity and workability.
It supports high-speed milling without tool sticking, enabling the fabrication of fine details down to 0.3 mm.
The milled surface remains clean and sharp, with no burrs or edge chipping, ensuring accurate morphology.
2. Clean Burnout with Minimal Residue
The material features an ultra-low ash content of ≤0.032%, ensuring complete burnout during casting.
This prevents contamination in the mold and helps achieve high-quality metal or ceramic restorations with smooth internal surfaces.
3. Thermal and Dimensional Stability
With a softening point of 105°C and a dropping point of 140°C, the disc remains stable during both milling and post-processing.
It resists deformation caused by temperature fluctuations and maintains consistent geometry.
The shrinkage rate is controlled at around 7%, allowing accurate compensation in casting workflows.
4. Reliable Structure for Processing
Density ranges from 0.89–0.95 g/cm³, providing a uniform internal structure that reduces cracking or warping during machining.
The material also shows moderate rebound performance, making it suitable for fine manual adjustments after milling.
5. Broad System Compatibility
Available in standard sizes Ø98 mm / Ø95 mm / AG71 mm, with thickness options from 10 mm to 25 mm.
