Colored Wax Blank For Temporary Teeth is used to make accurate positive molds of oral tissues, which are compatible with CAD/CAM systems and can be used to carve crowns and bridges. Unlike traditional metal-ceramic processes, these wax blocks are easy to apply, adhere tightly to the mold stone, and have excellent machinability to achieve smooth contours. The wax blocks have a high melting point, and they remain stable and unaffected even if other waxes are applied on them. These wax blocks are available in colors such as blue, green, gray, dark green, light brown and white, with diameters of 98 mm, 95 mm and 71 mm, and thicknesses ranging from 10 mm to 25 mm. Each wax block has the edge grooves required by CAD/CAM systems. The hardness is 50-60 (Shore D), the softening point is 105°C, the drop melting point is 140°C, the density is 0.89-0.95, and the ash content (0.032%) and shrinkage (7%) are low. Made from edible wax and available in five flavors-mint, strawberry, apple, orange, and grape-in brightly colored boxes, our wax cubes effectively relieve irritation caused by braces while providing long-lasting comfort.
