Zotion dental PMMA blocks are made from highly cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and can be used for temporary restorations including crowns and bridges. The blocks are available in single-layer, multi-layer and flexible resin options and are compatible with leading CAD/CAM systems such as Wieland, VHF, Roland, Imes-Icore, Zirkonzahn and Amann Girrbach. Diameters are available in 98 mm, 95 mm and AG71 mm and in a variety of colours including A0, A1, B1, Vita 16, Pink and Clear. Used for denture restorations, temporary crowns and sculpted trays as an alternative to dental wax, these PMMA blocks offer numerous benefits. They have excellent biocompatibility, natural tooth colour, superior wear resistance and are manufactured under a high temperature and pressure process to ensure durability.
