Raw Materials & Modification Technology

Medical-Grade High-Purity PMMA
The material is based on high-purity PMMA resin, ensuring stable performance in the oral environment. Residual monomer content is strictly controlled (≤1%), reducing irritation and minimizing the risk of allergic reactions during long-term use.

Flexible Modification Formula
A controlled ratio of flexible modifiers is incorporated to improve the brittleness of conventional PMMA.

Precision Coloring System
Food-grade pigments are used with a controlled dispersion process to achieve uniform color distribution.
The final product shows a natural, soft appearance without color deviation, meeting clinical aesthetic requirements.
