2. Material Properties
2.1 Biocompatibility
Our PMMA dental trays are made from biocompatible materials rigorously tested to meet international standards such as ISO 10993. They do not cause adverse reactions, allergies, or tissue irritation in the oral environment. In extensive clinical trials involving over 500 patients, no biocompatibility issues were reported, confirming the safety of our products for dental use.
2.2 Mechanical Strength
Bending Strength: Up to 114 MPa, sufficient to withstand typical chewing forces during temporary restorations. This high strength reduces the risk of fractures, even under strong bite forces. Laboratory simulations demonstrated that samples endured a three-point bending test load of up to 110 N without failure.
Vickers Hardness: Ranges from 26 to 60 HV, providing an optimal balance between wear resistance and milling precision.
2.3 Physical Properties
Density: Approximately 1.19 g/cm³, balancing strength and lightweight comfort, which reduces pressure on supporting teeth and gums compared to heavier dental materials.
Melting Point: High melting point between 240–270°C, ensuring stability during high-speed milling and compatibility with sterilization processes like autoclaving without deformation or loss of mechanical properties.
3. Color Selection
We offer a broad spectrum of shades conforming to the VITA 16 color system, including A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4; B1, B2, B3, B4; C1, C2, C3, C4; and D2, D3, D4. This comprehensive palette allows dental technicians to create restorations that blend seamlessly with patients' natural dentition.
Additionally, special colors such as clear (for translucent effects like natural incisal edges) and pink (to simulate gingival tissue) are available to meet specific restorative design needs.

4.1 Compatibility with Open CAD/CAM Systems
Our PMMA discs are fully compatible with a wide range of open CAD/CAM milling systems, including Roland DWX 30/40/50, VHF, Wieland, imes-icore, Yenadent, Zirkonzahn, Amann Girrbach, Dentium, and most Chinese CAD/CAM machines. This broad compatibility offers dental technicians flexibility in choosing the equipment that best fits their workflow and production needs.
4.2 Milling Performance
The material exhibits excellent machinability, with low adhesion to milling cutters enabling smooth and efficient operations. This allows for the production of ultra-thin crowns with thicknesses as low as 0.3 mm, supporting the fabrication of delicate, anatomically accurate restorations. The discs maintain dimensional stability throughout the milling process, ensuring precision and consistency.
