Zotion dental PMMA blocks are made from highly cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and can be used for temporary restorations including crowns and bridges. The blocks are available in single-layer, multi-layer and flexible resin options and are compatible with leading CAD/CAM systems such as Wieland, VHF, Roland, Imes-Icore, Zirkonzahn and Amann Girrbach. Diameters are available in 98 mm, 95 mm and AG71 mm and in a variety of colours including A0, A1, B1, Vita 16, Pink and Clear. Used for denture restorations, temporary crowns and sculpted trays as an alternative to dental wax, these PMMA blocks offer numerous benefits. They have excellent biocompatibility, natural tooth colour, superior wear resistance and are manufactured under a high temperature and pressure process to ensure durability. The multi-layer variants offer excellent machinability, stress-free processing to reduce deformation, a high melting point to ensure stability during milling, and anti-static properties for a smooth and efficient workflow. With a hardness of 75-85, a melting point of 240-270°C, a density of 1.19, excellent toughness, good processability, an ash content of 0.029% and a shrinkage of 0.5%, these PMMA blocks ensure precision, durability and efficiency in dental restorative procedures.

Cad Cam Dental PMMA Blank Temporary Crown For Dental Lab is a durable stability PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) milling block, used for temporary restorations. It has low water absorption and solubility, guarantee high long term stability and homogeneity, meets three different dentin shade colors A1, A2 and A3. The Kadkam Pma-Temp PMMA block without toxic or allergic substances and for durable use in the oral cavity, easy for milling and polishing and can be stained or layered for maximum esthetics. The temporary restoration process is designed by the CAD process with an intra-oral or impression data, then fabricated by the milling system.
This Denture PMMA Discs could be used for immediate load implant denture as a long term provisional in combination with dentureteeth and titanium connectors.
The denture bases and other structures are designed in CAD Software.
5-Axis milling machine is required, to reach undercut areas.
Teeth can be milled directly or used in conjunction with artificial teeth which are attached on denture base with PMMA resin or lightcuring composite material with proper primer.
