Zotion's Preshaded Zirconia Blocks offer uniform shades and natural transitions for all-ceramic restorations with high aesthetic demands. The A3 shade discs are pre-shaded and can be fired directly to achieve a natural shade without the need for manual staining.

Stable and reliable results after sintering
by heating from room temperature to 300°C, gradually increasing the temperature at a rate of 7.5°C per minute over a 40-minute period. Once at 300°C, raise the temperature to 800°C, maintaining a heating rate of 5°C per minute, which will take 100 minutes. From 800°C, increase the temperature to 1300°C at a rate of 2.5°C per minute, taking 200 minutes to reach. Then, elevate the temperature from 1300°C to 1530°C at a rate of 5°C per minute, which will take 46 minutes. Once 1530°C is reached, hold the temperature for 120 minutes. Finally, allow the material to cool naturally from 1530°C to room temperature, with a cooling rate of -121°C, and keep the furnace door closed until the temperature has returned to room temperature.
Tips: The maximum speed is recommended to be less than 20°C/min. Keep the furnace door closed until the temperature drops to room temperature for natural cooling.
