Manufacturing process:
Raw material ratio and mixing
Use high-purity zirconium oxide powder, and add stabilizers (such as yttrium) in strict proportion. Through high-speed mixing or ball milling, ensure that the powder is evenly dispersed, laying the foundation for subsequent processes.
Molding and pressing
After adding an appropriate amount of organic binder to the evenly mixed powder, it is formed into a shape-stable green body (unsintered body) through injection molding or isostatic pressing to ensure accurate size and uniform density.
Drying and degreasing
The green body is dried, and the organic matter is completely removed through the temperature-controlled degreasing process to avoid pores or defects during high-temperature sintering.
Pre-sintering treatment
The green body is pre-sintered at a lower temperature to fully decompose the residual organic matter and improve the density and dimensional stability during subsequent sintering.
High-temperature sintering
Sintering is carried out at a temperature of 1500-1600℃ in a high-temperature furnace. The precise temperature control system ensures uniform heat distribution, densification of the material, uniform growth of grains, and a high-strength and excellent toughness zirconia blank.
Post-processing
After sintering, the green body may need to go through precision processing steps such as cutting and polishing to adjust to the final required size and surface state, suitable for clinical restoration.
Strict quality inspection
The entire manufacturing process is carried out under strict quality control, from raw material inspection to finished product delivery, using a number of physical and chemical tests, each product meets international quality standards.
