Products Description
V45 dental vacuum cleaner works with all standard dental milling devices for dry milling dust collection. Powered by 450W motor and 220V/50Hz voltage input, the unit generates steady negative pressure to collect zirconia dust, PMMA particles and wax debris produced during long-hour milling tasks.
Vortex separation structure keeps suction stable during continuous operation. Five adjustable suction levels cover different working scenarios. Low levels fit light dust workloads and reduce noise. High levels handle heavy powder output from high-volume zirconia milling.
Full touchscreen control supports manual and automatic operation modes. All working status and function switching finish on the screen. Operators can start, stop and adjust suction grades with simple touches.
Built-in automatic vibration cleaning structure cleans filter cartridges regularly. Dust accumulation on filter surface gets removed automatically. Filter blockage reduces greatly, and filter service life extends effectively. The internal high-precision filter element maintains stable filtration effect for long-term daily use.
The whole machine adopts user-friendly mechanical design. Easy-open side door allows direct access to internal components. Filter replacement and dust drawer cleaning finish without tools. Daily maintenance takes minimal time and labor.
The machine features compact size of 620×220×457mm and net weight of only 23kg. Light weight and small footprint suit standard dental workbenches, clinics and small labs. 38mm standard inlet diameter fits most mainstream dental milling machines for direct connection.
