Using high-quality molybdenum–silicon heating rods combined with an optimized thermal-cycle system, the furnace applies a PID intelligent temperature-control algorithm to precisely regulate heating power. It reaches a stable maximum temperature of 1650°C, and allows fine temperature settings within 1450–1650°C, meeting the sintering requirements of all zirconia materials.
