Dental Zirconia Milling System 5-Axis CNC CAD/CAM Dental Milling Machine is for precision milling of dental restorations in laboratories and digital dental clinics. The machine supports both wet and dry milling and can process zirconia blocks, PMMA discs, glass ceramics, metal discs for crowns and bridges, wax, PEEK, and titanium premilled abutments.

The system supports both 4-axis and 5-axis machining modes, allowing users to choose different processing methods according to restoration requirements. The 5-axis linkage structure handles complex angles, undercuts, implant restorations, and multi-unit bridges with fewer repositioning steps during milling.

Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 60,000 RPM, supporting stable rough milling and detailed finishing on different materials. High-speed cutting improves machining efficiency while maintaining smooth restoration margins and surface quality.

The machine is suitable for producing crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, implant abutments, and full-arch restorations. Wet milling is commonly used for glass ceramics and titanium premill abutments, while dry milling is suitable for zirconia, PMMA, wax, and PEEK materials.
