1. Fastest Zirconia Sintering Furnace in China
The F1 sintering furnace takes sintering speed as its core advantage, leading among similar domestic products.
Single crown sintering: only 25 minutes (from room temperature 25°C to 1650°C, holding for 10 minutes, then naturally cooling to 200°C), which is 40%–60% faster than similar products in China (average 45–60 minutes).
Three crowns sintered simultaneously (evenly placed in the chamber): only 35 minutes, with no need to extend the holding time. The efficiency is 2.5 times that of traditional equipment (which requires 80–90 minutes).
Five crowns sintered simultaneously (full chamber load, effective sintering area 100×200 mm): only 40 minutes. The time is only 15 minutes longer than a single crown, enabling efficient batch processing.
2. Precise Temperature Control
The F1 sintering furnace uses automatic DC voltage regulation technology to control the heating elements, fundamentally improving temperature stability and accuracy.
It is equipped with an advanced PID intelligent closed-loop control system and three built-in high-precision NTC temperature sensors (detection accuracy ±0.1°C), achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. Temperature fluctuation throughout the entire sintering process (heating, holding, and cooling) does not exceed ±0.5°C.
When sintering 3Y/4Y/5Y zirconia, the furnace can stably maintain the set temperature (1450°C–1600°C), avoiding issues such as under-sintering (zirconia density < 6.0 g/cm³, flexural strength < 1000 MPa) or over-sintering (deformation, edge warping ≥ 0.02 mm).
3. Uniform Temperature Distribution
The F1 sintering furnace adopts a full-surround heating structure, with six groups of heating elements evenly distributed around the chamber (each 400W, total power 2400W), forming a three-dimensional uniform heating space.
Test results: Within the effective sintering area (100×200 mm), the maximum temperature difference between any two points is ≤1°C, achieving over 98% temperature uniformity.
The pass rate of sintered products reaches up to 99.6%.
