1. High temperature capability - up to 1650 ℃, ensuring densification sintering
The densification temperature of zirconia ceramics is generally between 1450-1550 ℃. Reaching or even exceeding 1650 ℃ can ensure full sintering and eliminate residual pores.
The sintering curve can be set to multi-stage heating, and the high temperature insulation accuracy is ±1 ℃, ensuring uniform temperature in the furnace without cold spots.
The final green body density can reach ≥ 6.05 g/cm³, close to the theoretical density, significantly improving the strength and toughness of the material
2. Rapid heating and cooling - shortening the overall sintering cycle
The use of silicon carbon rods or graphite heating elements + high-efficiency thermal insulation structure significantly improves the thermal response speed.
The heating rate can reach 20 ℃/min (common furnace type 10-12 ℃/min), and it only takes about 75 minutes from room temperature to 1500 ℃.
The cooling rate can reach 10 ℃/min, and the overall sintering cycle (including heating, insulation, and cooling) is controlled within 5-6 h.
3. Precise temperature control system - stability and repeatability
Configured with PID intelligent control and multi-point thermocouple feedback, real-time correction of temperature deviation.
The temperature fluctuation is less than ±2 ℃, ensuring that each sintering curve is highly consistent.
The preset program can store ≥50 sintering curves, which can be called with one key without repeated parameter adjustment.
Different types of zirconium oxide (high-transparency, standard, and wear-resistant) can achieve the best sintering effect.
The data can be exported to meet the requirements of laboratory quality management and GMP/ISO certification.
4. High-temperature resistant materials and furnace chamber design - extend equipment life and reduce maintenance
The furnace is lined with high-purity alumina fiber modules, and the outer shell is sprayed with cold-rolled steel plate insulation.
The heating element life can reach more than 2 000 h (common 1 000 h in the industry), and the maintenance interval is doubled.
The furnace door and furnace chamber are sealed with high-temperature graphite fiber sealing strips, with a service life of 2000+ openings and closings.
5. Intelligence and safety protection - easy operation, controllable risks
Touch screen + PLC control, built-in multiple over-temperature, power failure, overpressure alarm and automatic power failure protection.
The human-machine interface is intuitive and can display the temperature curve, remaining time and historical records in real time.
When there is a power outage or voltage drop, the system automatically saves the program and safely cuts off the power. It can automatically resume or alarm after a call.
