Integrated Display System for Stable Operation
The F4 features an integrated display and control design that helps reduce signal interference during operation. Even during long production cycles, the system maintains stable performance without lagging, data drift, or unexpected interruptions. This contributes to greater consistency between batches and helps reduce remakes and material waste, making the furnace suitable for routine laboratory production.
Four MoSi₂ Heating Elements for Better Heat Retention
The furnace chamber is equipped with four molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements combined with an upgraded insulation structure. Heat retention is improved, heat loss is reduced, and energy utilization becomes more efficient.
With a rated power of 2000W, the F4 offers lower operating costs during long-term use, helping laboratories manage energy consumption more effectively.
360° Heating Chamber for Uniform Temperature Distribution
The newly designed 360° three-dimensional heating field provides even temperature distribution throughout the chamber. Temperature accuracy reaches ±1°C, helping every restoration receive consistent heat exposure.
Whether processing a few single crowns or a full batch of multi-unit bridges across all three trays, restorations can achieve uniform density, consistent color, and stable mechanical properties. Uneven heating issues commonly found in traditional furnaces are significantly reduced.
DC Heating Technology with Gentle Temperature Rise
The F4 uses a DC heating system with an adjustable heating rate from 5°C/min to 15°C/min.
The gradual heating process allows zirconia restorations additional time to release internal stress during sintering. This helps reduce the possibility of cracking, distortion, or structural defects, particularly when processing thin restorations, large-span bridges, or highly esthetic zirconia materials.
