Zotion Successfully Concludes Its Participation in DenTech China 2026 in Shanghai

Shanghai, China - October 25, 2026 - Zotion has successfully concluded its participation in DenTech China 2026, held from October 22 to 25 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. As a dental equipment and materials manufacturer based in Chongqing, China, Zotion exhibited at Hall 1, Booth D22, showcasing its range of dental CAD/CAM equipment, zirconia products, and related solutions for dental laboratories and distributors.

Over the four-day exhibition, our booth welcomed visitors from various countries and regions, including dental laboratory owners, equipment distributors, dental technicians, and professionals in the digital dentistry industry. The event gave us an opportunity to introduce our products, discuss manufacturing processes, learn about market requirements, and meet potential business partners face to face.

For Zotion, attending an international dental exhibition involves more than putting products on display. It also gives us a chance to meet the people who use and distribute our products, listen to their feedback, and learn about the practical challenges they encounter in their local markets.

Showcasing Our Dental Manufacturing Capabilities

At Booth D22, Zotion presented several product categories covering different stages of digital dental production.

The exhibition display included our 5-axis dental milling machines, dental sintering furnaces, zirconia blocks, PMMA discs, dental wax blanks, PEEK discs, and dental dust collection equipment.

Instead of focusing on just one product category, we presented our product range as part of a complete CAD/CAM dental production workflow.

For dental laboratories considering a move towards digital production or looking to upgrade their existing equipment, a milling machine is only one part of the decision. Material compatibility, sintering equipment, dust collection, maintenance, and technical support also affect everyday production.

Our team discussed these practical aspects with visitors, explaining how equipment and materials can be selected according to laboratory size, production volume, material requirements, and working habits.

Dental CAD/CAM Milling Machines

Dental milling machines attracted interest from visitors looking to expand or improve their digital manufacturing capabilities.

Zotion introduced its dry and wet milling solutions, including 5-axis milling technology. During discussions, visitors asked about machine configurations, spindle performance, milling accuracy, tool changing, material compatibility, and maintenance requirements.

For distributors, these details matter because their customers often have very different production needs. A small dental laboratory producing a limited number of restorations each day may require a different machine configuration from a larger laboratory handling multiple orders at the same time.

Our team explained these differences and provided product information based on the intended applications of each machine.

Dental Sintering Furnaces and Zirconia Materials

Zirconia products and dental sintering furnaces were also key parts of our exhibition display.

Zotion presented several zirconia block options with different strength and translucency characteristics, giving visitors the opportunity to compare materials for different restoration requirements.

We also introduced our dental sintering furnaces and discussed their operating temperature ranges, heating elements, temperature control systems, sintering programs, and cooling procedures.

These topics were of interest to distributors supplying both zirconia materials and related equipment. A basic understanding of how zirconia behaves during sintering, and how furnace settings affect the process, helps distributors provide more useful information to dental laboratories.

Some visitors also asked about material consistency, available shades, block thicknesses, and compatibility with open-system CAD/CAM milling machines.

Our team answered their questions using the relevant product specifications and manufacturing information.

Direct Communication With International Distributors and Dental Laboratories

One of the most valuable parts of the exhibition was the opportunity to meet customers from different markets and discuss their requirements in person.

Over the four days, visitors asked about product specifications, pricing structures, minimum order quantities, OEM and private-label options, spare parts, warranty terms, and after-sales support.

These are all practical considerations for distributors evaluating a new manufacturing partner.

For example, a distributor interested in introducing a new milling machine to their market may first need to understand the availability of replacement parts, technical documentation, installation guidance, and remote troubleshooting support before making a purchasing decision.

Similarly, zirconia distributors often need detailed information about material grades, translucency, strength, available shades, and product packaging before deciding which products to offer their customers.

Our sales and technical teams discussed these requirements directly with visitors. We also gathered feedback on local market preferences, product expectations, and areas where additional technical information might be helpful.

Face-to-face discussions make it easier for both sides to exchange detailed information and address questions that might otherwise require several rounds of emails.

Zotion: A Manufacturer With Its Own Production Facilities

As a manufacturer, Zotion believes that customers should have a clear understanding of where their products come from and how they are made.

Founded in 2009, Chongqing Zotion Dentistry Technology Co., Ltd. operates its manufacturing facility in Chongqing, China. The company has approximately 2,500 square meters of production space, with separate production areas for dental equipment and zirconia products.

Our business covers research and development, manufacturing, and international sales. Our main product range includes dental CAD/CAM milling machines, sintering furnaces, zirconia blocks, and other dental laboratory consumables and supporting equipment.

Having our own production facilities offers several practical advantages when working with overseas distributors.

First, customers can communicate directly with the manufacturer to obtain product specifications, technical explanations, and information about production arrangements.

Second, direct access to our production facilities makes discussions about product customization, OEM cooperation, packaging requirements, and specific purchasing needs more straightforward.

Third, feedback from distributors and dental laboratories can be shared with our production and technical teams. This information is useful when reviewing existing products, considering improvements, and developing new solutions.

We understand that distributors are not simply purchasing products. They are also developing their own businesses in local markets and need a supplier who can maintain clear communication and provide practical support after an order has been placed.

Understanding Different Market Requirements

Although digital dentistry is developing in many parts of the world, purchasing priorities vary from one market to another.

Some markets place greater emphasis on the initial cost of equipment. Others pay closer attention to milling efficiency, maintenance requirements, material compatibility, or long-term operating expenses.

Dental laboratories also have different production methods. Some mainly produce zirconia restorations, while others process a wider range of materials, including PMMA, wax, and PEEK.

These differences came up regularly in our conversations with visitors during DenTech China 2026.

We discussed how machine configurations, material selection, and production requirements can affect purchasing decisions. The conversations also gave us a clearer picture of what international customers expect from Chinese dental equipment manufacturers.

For manufacturers, this kind of feedback remains useful after the exhibition has ended. It can provide practical reference points for future product development, technical documentation, and customer support.

Four Days of Communication and New Business Opportunities

DenTech China 2026 gave Zotion the opportunity to reconnect with existing customers and establish relationships with potential new partners.

Throughout the exhibition, our team introduced product details, answered technical questions, discussed possible cooperation, and exchanged information about the dental markets represented by our visitors.

Some conversations focused on specific equipment requirements, while others covered broader topics such as product distribution, OEM cooperation, and long-term business relationships.

Not every discussion has to result in an immediate order. Understanding a customer's business model, market position, and product requirements is also part of establishing a good working relationship.

The contacts made and feedback collected during the exhibition will serve as useful references for our follow-up communication and future business development.

Looking Ahead: Continuing to Support Global Dental Partners

Following the conclusion of DenTech China 2026 on October 25, Zotion would like to thank everyone who visited our booth at Hall 1, D22.

We appreciate the time visitors took to discuss our products, share their market experience, and learn more about our manufacturing operations.

For those who were unable to meet us during the exhibition, our team remains available to provide product catalogues, technical specifications, quotations, and further information about our manufacturing capabilities.

As a dental equipment and materials manufacturer, Zotion will continue to focus on product development, production management, quality control, and technical support for international customers.

We look forward to staying in touch with the contacts made in Shanghai and exploring further cooperation with dental distributors, laboratories, and industry partners around the world.

Thank you for visiting Zotion at DenTech China 2026. We look forward to seeing you at our next exhibition.
