INDICATIONS:

• Single or multiple-unit esthetic cases

• Up to 3-unit bridge, including 1st molars

• Short prep requiring a bonded restoration

• Patient with very translucent teeth

• Especially bleach shades

• All veneer cases

• Patient with high esthetic demands

   

Porcelain Fused to Zirconia (PFZ)

• Single-unit crown

• Multi-unit bridge

• Dark stump shade

• Metal post

• Combination case (excludes attachments)

  • anterior

  • posterior

• Patient with high aesthetic demands

   

SCULPTURE Full-Countour Zirconia

• Bruxism

• Crown

• Bridge of any size

• Anterior

  • except when translucency is of primary concern

• Posterior

• In/lay or on/lay

• Chamfer or shoulder margin

• feather margins are OK as long as there is not an undercut or any parallel axial walls which would require a slight taper in preparation

   

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Splint

• 4-unit bridge or larger

• Stump shade

  • two or more shades darker than final restoration

  • metal post

• Attachment case

• Case with limited clearance

  • less than 1mm

• Case that requires bonding

  • veneer

• Patent with a habit of bruxing

• Patient who has broken a PFM crown in the past
